I can see people coming up with a million ways to scam/hack this machine. What kind of intelligence is used to analyze the phones? I don't think it can work, I'm sorry. Even if it did, wouldn't it be cheaper and better to just get people to do it? Just set up recycling centers that offer money back to people who bring in recyclables, whether its plastics, aluminum, electronics, whatever. And have people working there to accept the recyclables.
