With all the ideas you get here at Negosyoideas.com its time to ponder how to build on your good negosyo idea. Your idea is good enough in the back of your head, you already know that. But nobody else knows – and never will unless you build on it. A qoute from Nolan Bushnell, founder of Atari says “Everyone who’s ever taken a shower has an idea. It’s the person who gets out of the shower, dries off and does something about it who makes a difference.

You can’t build a house without finishing the roof and then complain about it when the rain comes in and you can’t build only half of a business and then complain that it doesn’t earn lots of money. Starting many businesses and finishing none of them will get you nowhere, so focus your attention on one good idea and see it throught up to completion.

Here are some 5 inspiring Qoutes about ideas for all Negosyantes.

“Ideas are the beginning points of all fortunes” – Napoloeon Hill

“We think good ideas to death, when we should be acting them to life.” – Brian G. Jett

“Don’t worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you’ll have to ram them down people’s throats.” – Howard Aiken

“Ideas are not yours. They’re in the common consciousness. But how you perceive an idea is yours.” – King Sidharth

“Don’t be afraid of new ideas. Be afraid of old ideas. They keep you where you are and stop you from growing and moving forward. Concentratre on where you want to go, not on what your fear.” – Anthony Robbins

The Philippines has a tremendous growing motorcycle riders and there is a demand for this new tent design from Denver-based Redverz Gear that provides an enclosed space in the tent to keep motorcycles safe and secure.

It can be difficult enough to get comfortable while roughing it in a tent without having to worry about the safety of your motorcycle as well. A new tent design from Denver-based Redverz Gear has that problem taken care of, however, by providing an enclosed space in the tent to keep motorcycles safe and secure.

Formerly known as The Nomad Tent Company, Redverz created its motorcycle-friendly tent out of frustration with traditional offerings, most of which leave motorcycles vulnerable to both the elements and prying eyes. “When we’re out on the road for weeks or even months at a time we want our gear and bike securely out of sight, we want to stand up to change clothes, a space to work on the bike and a tent that’s simple – slide three poles, and it’s up,” the company explains. Accordingly, its Series II Expedition Tent features a spacious garage bay that can be used not only to shelter a motorbike but also for cooking and relaxing under cover or as a storage area, workshop or dressing room. An inner tent, meanwhile, offers enough headroom to stand up and sleep two people in a footprint that accommodates a queen-size air bed. Priced at USD 449, the Redverz tent packs down to 10 inches by 21 inches and weighs 13 pounds. It is available in green and yellow. Be the first to distribute this in the Philippines there site is www.redverz.com

Here is an article worth pondering for the Negosyanting Pinoy. It takes a certain personality and style to become a successful entrepreneur. However, what does it take to become the man or woman on top? Are you the next Richard Branson or Oprah? A recent study noted some common traits top entrepreneurs share.

They believe knowledge should be shared

More than three-quarters of Canadian respondents are mentoring other entrepreneurs in some form. They value the lessons learned from these relationships, and they pass that knowledge on. Collaborating like this benefits the teacher, and the student.

They know keeping an eye on the cash prize pays off

Accessing funding is the top challenge facing entrepreneurs today, and a real stumbling block to startup success. Those who succeed do so by building strong relationships and thinking outside the financing box, looking for alternatives and opportunities long after the first “no.”

Some see opportunity where others see disruption

Success lies in the way entrepreneurs view the world. Even disruptions like the financial crisis generated opportunities for entrepreneurial leaders willing to take them. Our survey reveals entrepreneurs have at their core a unique way of viewing the world around them and acting on that view. Go Negosyanting Pinoy! We all know we can make it big all over the world.

In India a new service that offer coordinated online shopping from small, local grocers with a different twist. Its called AaramShop, what makes them particularly interesting is its Facebook application, which lets consumers shop through its service on Facebook as well.

Now in beta, AaramShop offers neighborhood retailers a free online storefront on its multivendor site. Consumers use the service by shopping online for groceries and then selecting the participating retailer they prefer in their area; currently, New Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida are the three areas covered by the service. Shopping can be done on the AaramShop site directly or through its Facebook application. Either way, once the consumer’s shopping is complete, the order is instantly transmitted to the selected retailer, who is responsible for making prompt delivery. Consumers only pay the retailer once delivery is made. Using AaramShop is free for both consumers and retailers. The benefits of a bigger, coordinated online presence are clear for small, local retailers who may otherwise be drowned out by larger competitors online. For time-strapped consumers, meanwhile, shopping capabilities not just online but through Facebook offer an extra measure of convenience. One to emulate here in the Philippines and i’m sure this is again a patok negosyo idea.

This is a great business idea that can be easily made with the right tools using scrap woods. A Japanese company called Kiko is now offering wooden sandals called Ashiato for kids that leave animal tracks in the sand as they walk. The website is in Japanese, but here’s what I’ve been able to figure out via Google’s translate tool: Ashiato are children’s clogs with animal footprints. Shapes available include a cat, owl, monkey, dinosaur, and gecko. Great for the beach or sandbox for fun.

It’s not quite so simple anymore, here’s a report from the The New York Times.

Identify product areas that interest you, and seek a niche. Rather than sell, say, digital cameras, you might sell a specialty tripod or other accessories that aren’t already sold abundantly online.

Skip McGrath, an eBay Powerseller,, started with automatic pepper mills. Based in Anacortes, Wash., he decided to sell specialty kitchen gadgets on eBay. “They’re light, easy to ship and I’m one of the few sellers selling them,” he said. “If I had pots and pans, I’d have 200 competitors.”

Find a reliable wholesaler who offers low enough prices to generate high enough profit margins on resale. McGrath, who said he generated roughly $150,000 in annual revenue with his eBay store, buys his pepper mills from a Seattle-based wholesale dealer. Finding the right wholesaler can require an extensive search.

Many sellers, McGrath said, source their products offline, through local wholesalers or flea markets. Comparison shopping can still be done online, using sites like Liquidation.com and eBay, which offer wholesale items in bulk.

Selling on Amazon is more automated and requires less buyer interaction. The site collects money from customers and deposits it in seller accounts. In most categories of goods, eBay requires that sellers accept payment only through electronic systems, including its own PayPal system.

Amazon has no auctions — all items are sold at fixed prices — and automatically sets the shipping fees depending on the item being sold. EBay sellers can choose their own shipping fees and have more control over the look and timing of listings.

McGrath said that eBay was still the better option for selling clothes, toys and household goods. Books, music and other electronic media, he said, tend to do better on Amazon.

With the very saturated bottled water industry here in the Philippines, here is a new twist to starting a new bottled water business. Springwise reports: From France to Fiji, bottled water brands rely on spring-based provenance to lure customers. A newcomer is focusing on a different kind of message: positivity. A Bottle Of, which claims to be Australia’s first Naturally Positive spring water, currently comes in three varieties: wellbeing, love and strength.

Launched last December by Heidi Albertiri, a flower stylist who believes in the power of positivity, A Bottle Of hopes to lift people’s moods, encouraging them to “Sip it – Say it – Absorb it – Feel it – Think about it – Repeat it – Believe it”. Given the size of both the self-help market and the bottled water industry, there’s something to be said for a brand that combines the two.

A Bottle Of is currently sold through a small number of retailers, yoga centers and gyms in New South Wales and Victoria, and the company is actively seeking stockists in Melbourne and Sydney. Furthering its message of positive change, a nickel from each bottle sold goes to Food Water Shelter, a not-for-profit organisation that builds eco-friendly children’s villages in Tanzania. How about licensing the brand to other regions where consumers would welcome an affirmational sip?
